The home comfortably sleeps 4 adults, but a 5th guest (adult or child) can easily be accommodated.

A comfortable and thoughtfully appointed three-bedroom home in the heart of downtown La Paz, Casa ?? is perfect for flexible stays with family, friends, colleagues, or fellow adventurers. The house accommodates up to nine guests with a variety of room configurations and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for both short visits and longer stays.
The spacious common area includes a relaxed living room, dining space, workstation, and quiet reading corner, creating a home that feels equally suited for remote work, post-dive downtime, or gathering after a day on the water. The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, reliable Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and everything needed for comfortable day-to-day living.
Outside, a private courtyard offers a shaded area to relax, along with practical space to rinse and hang dry dive gear, wetsuits, and swim equipment after ocean adventures. The property is dog-friendly with approval and includes ample street parking plus one secure parking space inside the property.

Designed with flexibility in mind, this unique La Paz property can function either as a spacious three-bedroom home for families and groups, or as a hybrid shared accommodation with private sleeping rooms available individually for travelers seeking comfort, community, and affordability without the feel of a traditional hostel.
Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood close to downtown, cafés, markets, and the malecón, the space is ideal for divers, overlanders, remote workers, marine researchers, adventure travelers, solo travelers, couples, and small families looking for a practical and welcoming home base in La Paz that fits their budget.
The property also offers secure parking for one to two vehicles, campervans or overland vehicles, with optional hookups available. Guests have access to shared indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing between adventures, along with dedicated areas to rinse, dry, and safely store dive equipment, paddle gear, and outdoor equipment.
Simple, comfortable, and community-oriented, the home is for travelers who value connection, functionality, and authentic experiences over luxury tourism. Pet-friendly stays are also welcomed with prior approval and deposit.

This is the only room in the house with no A/C, but there is a ceiling fan and the screened rear facing window can be opened to take in the cooler night air. No en-suite bathroom. Shares hallway bathroom. Room can be rented privately or as a shared dorm.

Bedroom #2 sleeps 6! Two double beds (matrimonial) and a set of single bunk-beds make this ideal for a family on a budget, or a group of close friends that are happy to share. This room has an A/C unit, ceiling fan, and a built-in closet. Shares hallway bathroom. Room can be rented privately or as a shared dorm.
Bedroom 3- 161.25 sq.ft. plus En-suite Bathroom
The 3rd bedroom sleeps 4 in two double beds. Suitable for couples, friends, or families with small children.
This room has an A/C unit, ceiling fan, and a built-in closet. Best of all, it has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Treat this like your own private hotel room, but still take advantage of the shared living spaces, kitchen, and outdoor areas.
Van Space- No Hookups
Ideal for those looking for a secure place to park their vehicle for a few nights while running errands and stocking up on supplies in town before hitting the road again. Also suitable for short term parking if you need to travel and leave your home on wheels somewhere safe until you return. Can accommodate vehicles up to ???ft long. No height restriction. Uncovered.

Feel free to tell us your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you. La Paz is on restricted city water and this is a private residence so do not expect to fill your tanks. Water must be reserved for house guests.
