It’s also an ideal home base for exploring the beautiful beaches, desert landscapes, and natural wonders of Baja.
The home includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re visiting for a few days or settling in for a longer getaway. Amenities include air conditioning throughout, a dedicated workspace, a private shaded courtyard, secure parking, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove.
The home comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with the option to accommodate a 5th guest upon request.

3-bedroom Ocean Themed Haven in El Centro
La Ca-SEA-ta is a comfortable and thoughtfully appointed three-bedroom home in the heart of downtown La Paz. It's perfect for flexible stays with family, friends, colleagues, or fellow adventurers. The house accommodates up to 7 guests with 3-bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for both short visits and longer stays.
The spacious common area includes a relaxed living room, dining space, and workstation, creating a home that feels equally suited for remote work, post-dive downtime, or gathering after a day of eating and exploring. The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, reliable WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and everything needed for comfortable day-to-day living.
Outside, a private courtyard offers a shaded area to relax, along with practical space to rinse and hang dry dive gear, wetsuits, and fishing equipment after your ocean adventures. The property is dog-friendly with pre-approval and includes ample street parking plus two secure parking spaces inside the property.

La Ca-SEA-ta are nearly adjacent. If one house can't accommodate your whole family or group, or you want to spend time together but still have your privacy, rent both homes and share meals and memories in the common areas, while still having your quiet place to sleep.
Van Space- No Hookups
Ideal for those looking for a secure place to park their vehicle in town for a few nights while running errands and stocking up on supplies in town before hitting the road again. Also suitable for short term parking if you need to travel and leave your home on wheels somewhere safe until you return. Can accommodate vehicles up to 22ft long. No height restriction. Uncovered.
Van Space- Partial Hookups
Same space, but includes electricity, Wifi,
and LIMITED water (no hoses). No sewage hookups.
Feel free to tell us your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you. La Paz is on restricted city water and this is a private residence so do not expect to fill your tanks. Water must be reserved for house guests.
Van Space + House Access
Family or friends want to visit you while you are on the road. Rent the house for your visitors and hook up your van inside the property. Now you can be together, have access to the home for showers and cooking and relaxing, and have a safe space to leave your vehicle while you show your visitors what you love about La Paz! Includes electricity, WiFi, and limited water for your Van/Camper.

Do you travel with your best friend? We get it, we do too! We are happy to welcome dogs with guests that meet our conditions. To invite your dog along, please be upfront and honest, tell us about your dog(s), pay the deposit, follow our pet rules, and everyone is happy.
